We are rebooting secure.svnrepository.com because of some odd process errors with apache, the server should be back online soon.

Jupitor (secure.svnrepository.com) is acting up again, we are performing a kernel update now and will be rebooting the server shortly.

We found the account causing problems and will be moving it to a different server. We will most likely need to reboot jupitor one more time in a few minutes.
